As we grow older, family dynamics can change and it can be hard to enjoy the holidays like we once did. But whether a loved one passed away or you just don't have a close connection with your relatives, there are ways to find comfort in the people important to us.
Remember that you are not along in this world. There are people who love you and love on you. Think of at least two people in your life that you care about.
