If loyalty is getting in the way of your success, it might be time to reevaluate your relationship with the other side. Whether it's a company or a friend, if they're preventing you from getting to where you want to be, it's okay to cut them out or replace them with better opportunities.
It's not being disloyal, it's being loyal to YOUR future and WHO you want to be. Remember, your career does not define you. Your purpose does. Take some time to reflect on where you are in life and if you need to let something go in order to reach your success.
